A New Plan

So, in 2006 and 2008, I co-ran a contest called Harwick's Biggest Loser. A group of us at work shared stories and weighed-in together and helped each other lose weight. I was going to do it again this year, but alas, we all know that ain't happening!

So, I've got a new plan. I started an online forum, http://fitagainin2010.freeforums.org, and anyone, near or far, is welcome to join. We will have weekly weigh-ins, a place to share diet advice, tips, battles.
